Commercial agreement
Fees are agreed in advance of the appointment and are paid in full in advance. Programme fees are paid in full in advance of the first appointment. Consultation and programme details and fees are available on the website. Payments can be made by bank transfer.
You are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations result in costs to my business and disadvantage to potential clients that could have benefited from the appointment time. The first time that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or miss your appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. From the second time onwards, the cancellation fee will be 100%. The cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
In the case of advance payments for services, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of the purchase without penalty (‘Cooling-off Period’). If you wish to terminate the agreement within the 14-day Cooling-off Period, you must do so in writing to ferdiaearle@gmail.com. The RNTP will refund any monies paid prior to cancelling this Agreement. If the services have commenced during the 14-day Cooling-off Period, the RNTP will refund any monies due to you for services not yet provided. The refund payment will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
The cost of any recommended products and services such as tests and supplements are in addition to your consultation or package fee as these are supplied by other providers. The interpretation of certain tests may also warrant a fee of £50 for every two additional tests.
I can benefit from trade discounts and commission payments offered by a supplier on products or services purchased. Any financial benefit received will be declared. Be assured that I can only recommend a product or service in your best interests and not for my own financial gain.
The online platform used for appointments is currently Google Meets. Please ensure you have access to this software and check-in to the virtual waiting room or 'lobby' 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time. You may find it helpful to find a private, comfortable place to conduct your consultation so that you feel able to discuss sensitive information.

If you have a quiet and private space at home or elsewhere, I can travel up to 60 minutes by car from Llanberis in order to come to you. Please allow for fuel costs of 45p per mile.
My working days are Monday to Friday 10.00-18.00. My target response time for email, texts and voicemail messages is two working days. Following a consultation, your Health Action Plan, Supplement Order Forms and any additional materials discussed in your consultation will be emailed to you within two working days wherever possible. Exceptions include when I am on holiday. In this case, you will receive an email auto-reply indicating when you can expect a reply. I also update my availability on Google.
Additional support to answer any questions or discuss any issues between appointments that require more than 20 minutes of support (where this is not already included in your package) may be subject to charge at £25 per half hour. Or they may require an earlier follow up appointment charged at the usual Follow-up Consultation rate.
